Acceptable use
Use ImageFixer only for lawful purposes. Do not use the tools to process content you do not have the right to process, or to transfer, host or distribute unlawful or infringing material.
Your rights to your images
Your images belong to you. ImageFixer does not claim any ownership over the files you process, and because images are processed locally in your browser, we never receive, store or license them to anyone.
No warranty
The tools are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageFixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the tools.
No server storage
All processing happens in your browser. No image data is uploaded to or stored on our servers, so there is nothing on our infrastructure to access, retain or disclose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ImageFixer operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
